Or didn’t you read that part of the testimony transcript? I don’t care what the legal definition or charges were, that’s rape. As a father of a girl not much younger than the victim was, that’s the way it looks to me.

There can also be no guarantee that Polanski didn’t slip a nice chunk of change at the woman later on just to get her to go public with her absolution.
