Safe and pleasant journey, Ian. Will be waiting for your return. Take care.

What a wonderful photo. She’s beautiful.

    Happy travels!

Just splendid! The color of her garb; the red in the next window. We wonder who belongs to the hand, reflected in the third. The diamonds on the bus; the scrape. Evocative.
Please do post from the road. :)

Thanks, MusE – I’ll have to disappoint you about the road-posting, but I make it a point when off work for a stretch to stay away from media unless it’s a book I’m reading. This time, I didn’t even take photos. It’s hard to do so when you’re on the bike all the time or getting your hands filthy in the garden. :-)

Well, lookie who’s surfaced! Nice to see you – it sounds like an admirable time away.

The banner photograph shows the town of Britannia Beach, BC, Canada, where I grew up. It's home. But I don't live there anymore.
